It has been an absolute pleasure to work on the SciComm project that was just released! Santa the Scientist is a free ebook about how Santa uses cookies and science to stop time so he can deliver all his gifts on Christmas Eve. I had the honour of editing the terrific text, and I also got to throw some snowballs for the “fun facts” bit and read the story aloud for the video voiceover. I worked with an amazing team – author and merry mastermind, Dr. Roshan Achal, music and video expert, Pramodh Yapa, and illustrator Sarah Nersesian.
The book is available for download in various pdf and ebook formats, has an interactive flip-through version on its main webpage (which includes music and fun facts disguised as presents!), and can be watched on YouTube in video format. Be sure to check it out and share it with everyone you know!
